Yesterday I got this text from my middle daughter…
“Hey mom, look at my eight dollar bargain at a garage sale!”
I had to laugh, and I sent her back this text…
“How do you like my eight dollar garage sale bargain? Great minds think alike!”
You might be asking, “just what the heck do you do with those old wooden crates?” We’ve used them stacked for end tables, on top of the frig full of cookbooks, and as you can see I love to flip them over and put plants on them.
We love our primitive “junk”…and it seems…like mother, like daughter 🙂

Hey Mikala. Just found this wasnt sure where you were. I have always wanted to visit Pennsylvania. I have thoughts of many amish quilts in my head. I am sure the junking is great there. My question is how do you hang on to the cool stuff if you are living in the 5th wheel? I am having to clean out some stuff to make room for new and its so HARD. 🙂 Have fun junking and hope your back gets better soon. Teresa
I do love it here in PA. All the things you imagined, and her in SW PA, beautiful weather. I’ve been wondering about what to do with my treasures…may have to rent a storage unit! Just found the cutest little antique shop, you would love it. Hope you keep checking in, you never know what I’ll be talking about or where I’ve been. Have fun at Peace Treaty, I really do think I’ll be missing it.
