As most of you know, my Big Boy and I live in our 5th wheel trailer in Pennsylvania. It’s really been nice (well, other than the size of the bathtub!). Up to this point, we have been parked on the edge of a gravel parking lot, had a nice view, but still, were basically in the parking lot of the shop where he works. This weekend we moved the trailer, not even 100 yards, to a grassy spot, looking away from the shop, kind of out behind it all…and I am “Wow” amazed, at the change…I’ve found a little magic.
Am waiting right now. It’s 5:50 am. Just as the sun comes up, I’ll take my coffee cup outside and experience it. I’ll get back with you when I’m done……
Wow, I’m living in a bird sanctuary! It is absolutely the coolest. We’re in a spot with nothing between us and the creek but grass and trees…and in the morning, when the sun comes up, the birds wake up.
It’s crazy, I’ve gotta catch it just as the sun comes up. If it’s too dark, I get chirping crickets, but as the sun comes up…wild! It’s beautiful, it’s amazing, it’s peaceful, and I close my eyes and listen, just listen, and think “this must be what heaven sounds like”. It’s magic, and I’m awed. I’m reminded of this song:
