I have really enjoyed living in the 5th wheel full-time. We have a pretty nice set-up. Desk with laptop, his & hers recliners, flat screen tv, nice kitchen island, cozy bedroom. And besides, small space…small housework!
I even like the attitude that it has brought about. Simplify. As I browse through the store, I stop and think, “do I really need that?”, “where will I put it?”. More often than not, I just enjoy the browsing. (That’s not to say that if I found a great piece of antique enamelware that I have absolutely no place to put, I wouldn’t buy it anyway…and probably put it in storage!)
There’s only one thing, that on this chilly, fall evening i’m especially missing…a bathtub! A deep soaky (is that a word?) bubblebath kind of tub.
That’s what I miss the most. And you can be sure The Big Boy will be taking care of that soon with a one-night stay in the hotel of my choice. (sometimes he can be pretty sweet!)
