Shooting Stars

What is it about shooting stars that make you tingle? No matter what age you are, gazing into the night sky, knowing you are such a small piece of God’s creation, and zip…there it goes…a star streaking across the sky. And I tingle to my toes, and I smile, and for a moment my heart is warm. Take the time to crawl out of bed, bundle up in your hoody and just gaze. This is the week to see shooting stars.

Hi! I'm a mom, wife, grammy, sister, friend at that ALMOST 50 age!! (Okay, since I started this a few years ago...well, add a bit to 49andcounting!) How the heck did I get here so fast?!? After a year or living in our 5th wheel in beautiful Pennsylvania, My Big Boy and I are back to the Kansas Prairies. And there's just nothing like "Home Sweet Home".
